 Niall
Saul has over 30 years’ experience in the areas
of HRM, OD, IR and Change Management.. His experience
includes leading and supporting major organisational change
/ business turnaround projects in Ireland and internationally.
His career includes senior HR management positions in
the Banking / Financial Services, European Automotive,
Construction, luxury branded goods, Retail and Electronics
industries. He has worked in consultancy posts in the
IR area with the FIE (now IBEC) and the IPC. Niall is
a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master’s Degree
in Change Management, (HEC/INSEAD). He is an adjunct professor
of National College of Ireland, and a board member of
Skillnets.
Up to recently (December, 2009) Niall was a Board member
of Fás and Chairman of the Audit Committee which
uncovered and pursued major control irregularities in
the organisation.

Kilmartin

 Teresa
Kilmartin has over 23 years of HR and OD experience and
is a former General Manager of Group HR in the Irish Life
& Permanent Group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a
Masters in HR Strategy and is a Chartered Fellow of the
CIPD. She also attended the Advanced Programme in OD at
the University of Columbia, New York.

Brian
Donohoe

 Brian
Donohoe has worked in a number of major Irish organisations
including AIB Bank, Fujitsu Consulting and Irish Life
and Permanent. He holds an MSC in Organisation Behaviour
from Trinity College and the IMI. Brian offers a unique
set of skills in HR and IT Project Management, which can
help bridge the gap between HR departments and the implementation
of technology solutions.
